Hey guys! How’re you doing?

I watched a lot of movies yesterday (on tv) and it wore me out. Does this happen to anyone else? I was too tired to finish writing this post or do anything else for that matter so I dove right into my bed and slept for 2 hours. It’s been 2 hours since I woke up (it’s 1:41 AM). I’ve refreshed myself and taken my time to get my thoughts in order and am sitting in front of my computer, smiling because I’ve been nominated for yet another blogger award by this wonderful blogger, Emmanuel. He’s been so supportive since I started being active on my blog again and it warms my heart. Thank you so much for the nomination Emmanuel. My Answer to Emmanuel’s Questions

1.What Does Your Name Mean?

I haven’t mentioned my name much here. Sorry, my name is Adaeze. Where I’m from, it means the daughter of a king. My dad isn’t technically a king but he’s a king to me🤴🏾. My name is usually shortened to Ada and that also has its own meaning. It means the first daughter and I’m one.

2. Describe Your Idea of a Perfect Day

Have you seen Miss Congeniality? I love those lines. My idea of the perfect day would be a day when I’m not too busy or occupied with negative thoughts, just a day of uninterrupted relaxation by reading a book or watching a movie or hanging out with my friends.

3. If You Could Make An App, What Will You Make It For?

Oh, this one is tough. I feel like there’s an app for everything and anything. Okay, here’s a thought, it sounds crazy stupid but I was humming a song the other day and I’d forgotten the lyrics so I thought, shouldn’t there be apps that can help people look up songs they’ve forgotten the lyrics to? You just hum the beat/sound into a recorder on the app and I know a lot of songs probably have the same sounds and beats but you could just scroll through the many results and find the one you’re looking for, surely you’d be able to remember the name. I’d call the app “Hummit“. Lmao, kill me now 🙊

4. Favourite Food? When Did You Last Eat?

Fried Plantains, I love them so much. I had a slice of cucumber an hour ago.

5. Can You Spend an Entire Day Without Touching Your Phone?

Yep, definitely. Six years of boarding school can’t be for nothing. Plus I do it sometimes in uni when we don’t have light for a week or so.

6. What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear SEO?

Okay, honestly, I don’t know what came to my mind then but I used to think it was just another internet slang until I looked it up. Check out this post if you’re having troubles with understanding SEO.

8. What Are Two Things That Happened This Week That You’re Grateful For?

Nothing out of the ordinary or spectacular has happened recently in my life this week but I’m grateful to be alive and thankful to be with my family (even though they can be annoying sometimes and I miss my alone time). I’m so grateful to the wonderful people in this blogging community who take time to read my posts and people whose posts inspire me to keep going.

9. Do You Believe in Reincarnation? Why?

I’ve never really thought much about it before.

10. What New Things Have Learnt About Your Friends, Families or Loved Ones Since The Start Of This Pandemic?

There’s nothing new about my friends or family I’ve noticed or learnt about since the lockdown, it’s more like I just realized how very fleeting life can be and want to make every moment I spend with them count, even if they’re far away. It’s something I’d often take for granted but I really do want to make every moment with them count.

11. We Will Ever Discover The Cure For Covid-19?

I don’t know, it’s not something I can be sure about. We may or may not but we’re going to find a way nonetheless to live with, I know this one for sure…we should just focus on being better and kinder to one another.
