My bio says I make love to music and it’s true. I feel so foolish I’d never thought about sharing my playlists here. If I’d realize earlier that I had a blog, I’d have been posting my playlists on it.

Ah, What have I been thinking? Better late than never, I guess. I like making playlists when I’m not in the mood to listen to songs on my phone in order or when they’re in shuffle. This week, I had three playlists, haha. I’ve been moody lately I think. I’ve read posts on playlists and music recommendations and have discovered new songs and artists from them, I hope you discover new songs or artists from mine. I doubt you might today though, I think these songs and artists are quite popular but still, I hope you discover someone new!

I’d be starting with this nostalgic one. I played some of the songs on this playlist alot during my first year in the university, when I was still naive and high on that “let’s get this degree” spirit. Well, I don’t know what I was thinking back then but University has given me a lot of stress and depression and I can’t wait to graduate. This playlist is like a throwback to the good old, no stress times.
Playlist 1.

Back to Black – Amy Winehouse
Idontwannabeyouanymore – Billie Eilish
You’re My Lady – Celine Dion
Mad World – Gary Jules
Wake Me Up – Evanescence
YoungBlood – 5 Seconds of Summer
Summertime Sadness – Lana Del Rey
Young and Beautiful – Lana Del Rey
Playlist 2.

Currently listening to this one while drafting this post😄.
Roses (Imanbek Remix) – SAINt JHN
I.F.LY. – Bazzi
Physical – Dua Lipa
No Shame – 5 Seconds of Summer
Red Desert – 5 Seconds of Summer
For You – Liam Payne, Rita Ora
Amsterdam – Daughter
Playlist 3.

Listened to this one on Wednesday-Friday
Lauren – Men I Trust
Sad Organ – Men I Trust
Lemon – N.E.R.D & Rihanna
Don’t Play – Halsey
Rain – Aitch/AJ Tracey/Tay Keith
Boss Bitch – Doja Cat
Don’t Start Now – Dua Lipa
Blinding Lights – The Weeknd
And this is all of them. I’ve seen people who’ve got better lists than this though.
These playlists all have different kinds of genres because I wasn’t in the mood for a specific genre of music but for music that made me feel and remember like the 1st one; move my body, like the 3rd one and nod my head/tap my feet as I type on my laptop, like the 2nd one. Like I said, some of the songs and artists are popular but I hope you found someone new to listen to😬. How cool are these illustrations?😍
What’s has been your favourite song(s) this week? Let me know, I’m always looking for new songs. Look out for more weekly playlist posts from now on 😀
I hope you’re staying safe and doing alright.
Thanks for reading.
The third playlist is probably my favourite- I really need songs like that when I need to feel better.

I like that Doja Cat’s song too and it was used as Birds of Prey soundtrack. Great list you’ve got here.
